On Wordpress 2.2.2, make sure your wp-content/uploads folder exists and is web write-able to allow Windows Live Writer to publish images automatically.

If it doesn’t, WLW will throw some strange error messages about “Hostname not found” when trying to use the FTP settings for image publishing.
